Old Town Newhall Farmers Market Moves to Lyons & Railroad

Post Date:06/30/2015 11:00 AM
The recently refreshed Old Town Newhall Farmers Market, formerly held at the Newhall Community Center, has moved to the corner of Lyons Avenue and Railroad Avenue for greater accessibility to residents. The year-round market will continue to be held every Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Santa Clarita residents can acquire organic, seasonal fruits and vegetables, baked goods, flowers, herbs, cheese and prepared foods from California farmers and specialty food purveyors in the market’s new location every Saturday, rain or shine. In addition to the fresh food available for purchase, the event features family-fun activities such as the Buckaroo Corral with pony rides and a petting zoo, story times and chef demonstrations.

On Saturday, July 4, 2015 the Old Town Newhall Farmers Market will be open along the 4th of July Parade route and will also feature Kona Ice, Go Fusion N Grill, Zodiac Grill, Le Croissant and Romolos Italian Cuisine food trucks for parade goers and market shoppers.
