The City of Santa Clarita Arts & Events Office is currently planning a comprehensive Public Art program, which will include art projects in various parts of the City, assistance to community driven memorial projects, and a program to bring local art into City Hall.

Public Art can add to the personality of a community, while also encouraging creative expression and discussion. Many of the art projects will be an opportunity for the community to be a part of the construction of the pieces, thus creating truly “public” art.
