Justin Cummings, Graffiti Removal Coordinator
Justin is the Coordinator of the Graffiti Task Force and has 9 years of experience in graffiti removal operations. He is responsible for Coordinating the Graffiti Task Force and Supervising staff. Prior to working for the Task Force, Justin was a part-time staff working in Facility Reservations for the City. Justin received his Associates of Science Degree in Computer Networking from College of the Canyons. In his spare time he enjoys out-door activities, building computers, and spending time with family.
Andrew Pastor, Graffiti Specialist
Andrew is a Specialist for the Graffiti Task Force. He began working for the City in April 2014 as a Vehicle Maintenance Technician and was responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on automobiles, trucks, tractors, and equipment. In November 2015, he was selected as a Graffiti Specialist. In this role, Andrew has been responsible for performing private property abatements, overseeing Community Court and volunteer graffiti abatement projects, supervising part-time graffiti employees, and overseeing graffiti equipment maintenance. Andrew is an ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering with the Boy Scouts, skateboarding, and spending time with family.
Bobby Martinez, Graffiti Worker
Robert “Bobby” is a Worker for the Graffiti Task Force and manages a crew of part-time staff workers. He began working for the City in December of 2012 as a PTS Recreation Leader II where he was responsible for day-to-day operations at the Sports Complex Gymnasium and Activities Center, including opening and closing the facility, securing permit areas and leading classes. Robert also worked as an Instructional Assistant for the William S. Hart School District since 2014 where he was responsible for providing a range of cognitive, instructional, therapeutic and medical support to students.
Robert is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. In his spare time, enjoys being involved in outdoor physical activities. He also loves managing and playing on his City of Santa Clarita Adult softball team.
Omar Monarres, Graffiti Worker
Omar is a Worker for the Graffiti Task Force and manages a crew of part-time staff workers. Omar comes to the City from Cameron International where he was a Field Service Technician II responsible for checking integrity of equipment and in resources. Prior to that, Omar was an Oiler for Patterson Truck & Crane where he drove truck-mounted cranes, handled the maintenance of equipment and secured loads to trucks. In his spare time, Omar likes spending time at the gym and volunteering in the community.
