Pilates
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. Bilingual instruction (Spanish).

Yoga 
Learn basic yoga poses and flows to stretch and strengthen the major muscles of the body and increase flexibility.  Postures and dynamic breathing techniques promote deep relaxation.  Bilingual instruction (Spanish).

Zumba Sculpt and Stretch
This class incorporates the three elements of complete fitness: cardio, strength, and flexibility. Bilingual Instructor (Spanish).

Bollywood Dance Workout for Adults

With its upbeat music, Bollywood dance is not just stylistic dancing, it's also a great workout, because it combines aerobic activity with staccato movements that strengthen the core. The Bollywood style of dance has a very fast pace, requires control, and improves balance. 

 


 

Registration

Registration for programs at the Newhall Community Center can be done online or in person.  The City utilizes an online recreation management program, Rec1, for City registration. Please click on one of the Rec1 buttons below to either create an online account, or login and register.
