Water Polo Team
The Sports Complex Aquatic Center will offer a novice Water Polo team for youth of all abilities, ages 7 to 17. In order to enroll in this demanding, yet exciting sport, participants must be comfortable in deep water and be able to swim 50 yards comfortably.

Synchronized Swim Team
Synchronized swimming is a sport involving rhythmical water activity performed to music. Skills will be taught by using versions of the front and back crawl, elementary backstroke, sidestroke, and breaststroke. During practices, coaches will provide a challenging experience for both new and returning swimmers. Participants should possess Level III completion skills and must be comfortable in deep water.

Swim Team
The City of Santa Clarita offers novice swim teams at all City pools. The teams are open to swimmers ages 7-17. Practice will begin in June and end August. The City Championship Meet will be held at the Santa Clarita Aquatic Center in August. After this meet, qualifying swimmers may be eligible to participate in the LA84 Foundation Summer Swim Festival. Dates on the LA84 Foundation Meet will be announced during the summer swim team session. Swimmers must be capable of swimming 50 yards (two pool lengths) to register.

Dive Team
Santa Clarita Aquatics will offer competitive diving teams to youth ages 7-17. Intra-pool meets will be held on the weekends beginning in July and ending in August. The League Championship Dive Meet will be held at the Santa Clarita Aquatic Center in August. Qualifying divers may be eligible to participate in the LA84 Foundation Dive Festival at the end of August. Please note that registered US Diving members are not eligible to participate in the LA84 Foundation Dive Meet.

Divers must be comfortable in deep water, and have already mastered the fundamental diving skills, including the ability to complete a front dive in the pike, tuck, and straight positions in order to register for the team.
