Preschool XerPro Fun
Come and enjoy a morning of fun on our XerPro Interactive Wall. Preschoolers will discover the fun of fitness, while learning to make decisions, solve problems and get a great workout.
5 - 12 Years Old
Beginner Youth Karate/XerPro Wall
A unique sports class in which basic karate training is incorporated with XerPro Sports Wall training to enhance speed and reaction time. Participants will develop skills and abilities in the areas confidence, strength, balance, courage, respect, and self-discipline.
13+ Years Old
Dance It Out
Dance It Out is a beginner, friendly, follow-the-leader cardio dance class that blends a variety of dance styles from Broadway to Bollywood to Hip Hop and Funk. This class fuses oldies with contemporary pop music.
POUND Rockout Workout
A full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, pilates, and plyometrics. Burn between 600 and 900 calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt muscles, and drum you way to a leaner, slimmer physique - all while rocking out to your favorite music. Please bring your yoga mat and water.
CCCC Striders
Enjoy a staff-led walk around Canyon Country. Meets Monday mornings. Speed will be moderate to fast-paced; routes will vary. Bring your friends or make new ones!
