Circuit Strength Training Class
Recreation is pleased to offer a new Circuit Strength Training Class. Not enough hours in a day to spend in the gym? Circuit Strength Training offers the best of both worlds through a combination of high-intensity intervals with the resistance of heavy weights for a serious and body blasting workout. This incredibly popular fitness class is an effective and fun approach to working out! As you maneuver your way through each station using weights, bands and unique equipment, you’ll gain strength and lose weight while feeling empowered as you push the limits of your body. In the end, you’ll leave class feeling exhilarated and accomplished. The class is a 55 Minute Workout.
