Since 1991, the Anti-Gang Task Force) has worked to discourage gang activity, lessen the appeal of gangs, and reduce gang crime in Santa Clarita through partnerships, proactive programming, and networking. 

The Anti-Gang Task Force consists of a Steering Committee and a Gang Outreach Committee. Members meet quarterly (or as needed) at off-site locations to discuss trends and develop strategies for addressing local gang issues. Members include city staff, law enforcement, probation, and local resource agencies.

Vision:

To coordinate a community effort to ensure a Santa Clarita that is safe, family-centered and gang free.

Mission:

PhotoTo utilize resources to collaborate and facilitate education and prevention programs that creates alternatives to gang involvement.
