The City of Santa Clarita is home to eight existing master planned business sectors*, encompassing 3,474 acres for a total of 18.6 million square feet of office and industrial buildings. An estimated 29,300 people are currently employed within the eight business sectors. At build out, the eight business sectors will encompass 33.3 million square feet and approximately 58,600 employees. In addition, there are four planned business sectors that will total an additional 785 acres and at build out will encompass 6.7 million square feet and approximately 13,700 employees.
