MONTHLY MEETING AGENDA

During the Public Participation portion of the meeting, each person wishing to speak should prepare a presentation of not more than three (3) minutes. Public Participation speaker's slips must be submitted to the NRC Secretary BEFORE this portion of the meeting begins. Anyone wishing to address an item on the agenda should fill out a speaker's slip and submit it to the NRC Secretary BEFORE the Committee Chairperson announces the item. Each person addressing the Committee is given three (3) minutes to speak .The Chairperson will announce when the time has expired. Comments should be complete at this time.

Any writings or documents distributed to a majority of the members of the NRC regarding any open session item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the Planning counter located at 23920 Valencia Boulevard Suite 302, Santa Clarita, CA 91355 during normal business hours. These writings or documents will also be available for review at the meeting.
