Please answer each question
to the best of your ability
None of the homebuyers have owned a home for the past three years (excluding temporary foundation mobile homes). OR I am a single head of household with at least 50% legal custody of one or more children.
I understand that the a FirstHOME loan cannot be used to purchase a home which has been a rental in the last 3 months.
I understand that the home I wish to purchase must be within the City of Santa Clarita city limits.
I understand that the purchase price of the home cannot exceed $369,550 for a condo and $555,750 for a single family home.
I plan to live in the home and do not plan to rent out any portion of it.
I understand that if I sell the house, change the title, or re-finance to take cash out, my second mortgage will become due and payable.

We anticipate the first informational meeting to be held in September 2009.
