The City of Santa Clarita provides grants to low and moderate income homeowners. Click here to review Residential Rehabilitation Grant or Property Rehabilitation Grant desciption and restrictions, then answer the following survey to see if you may be eligible to apply for a grant.

I am applying for a grant to do repairs needed to maintain the safety & habitability of my home. (see the description & restrictions links above Upgrades & improvements are not eligible)
I understand that my home must be within the City of Santa Clarita city limits.
I understand that the cost of repairs cannot exceed $5,000 for Residential Rehabilitation $1,000 for property rehabilitation
