Details:	The Repertory East Playhouse will end its 2009 Season with the highly anticipated production of the classic comedy M*A*S*H, by Tim Kelly and Sponsored by ServPro of Santa Clarita and presented by The City of Santa Clarita. M*A*S*H opens on Friday, November 13th, with an Opening Night Gala wine and cheese reception at 7:00pm and curtain at 8:00pm. Opening Night Gala is sponsored by Travel Center Santa Clarita with wine and food sponsored by Engelmann Cellars Wine and RSVP Catering. The show will run through December 12th. Show times are Friday and Saturdays at 8:00pm and Sundays at 2:00pm. Tickets are $18, $16 for students and seniors. Advanced reservations are highly recommended. The REP is located at 24266 Main Street Newhall, CA. 91321 Artistic Director Ovington Michael Owston reveals, "This is a very special experience. The production is funded in part by The City of Santa Clarita and their Community Services Grant Program. With their help we will be producing a video of the “characters” in the production, on the set, showing their support and admiration for all soldiers in uniform. We will then edit these vignettes, along with production stills into a DVD and send about 1000 of them to our soldiers over seas.” November, 1951. The 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital is shaken up by the arrival of Captains "Hawkeye" Pierce and "Duke" Forrest...crack surgeons but lousy soldiers. Joined by renowned chest-cutter "Trapper" John McIntyre, the surgeons set about dealing with the daily carnage of the war by raising hell. From getting rid of the idiotic Major Burns to helping the camp dentist commit "suicide", there''s no lengths the Swampmen won''t go to distract themselves from the horrors of war. The REP will host post show discussions each Sunday matinee immediately following the show. Join the cast and crew for an intimate discussion about the process of creating live theatre. M*A*S*H stars a widely talented cast. Leading the antics of the 4077th are Ransom Boynton, Joe Roselund, Jarod Scott, Tony Cicchetti, David Kenny, Erik Klein, Bill Quinn, Daniel Lench, Johnny Schwinn, Jillann Tarara, Amber Van Loon, Sam Strickland, Jill Kocalis-Scott, Henry Bennett, Dave Forster, and John Morris.
