will be conducting the "CARE FOR YOUR HEART HEALTH FAIR" Friday, June 13, 2008, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Visitors will receive a "Heart Health Passport" and free screenings including blood pressure monitoring, height and weight analysis,
body fat analysis, oxygen saturation and carbon monoxide measurement. cholesterol test (12 hour fasting recommended), glucose test, heart health summary and healthy snacks and diet tips.
