RESIDENTIAL CART CUSTOMERS
- Current rate: $17.28 per month
- Different size carts exchange upon request
- Additional trash cart $10.00
- Additional recycle or greenwaste carts at no charge
- 8 annual pick ups of extra bags, 3 per pick up / additional pick ups beyond 8 at $5.20 per pick up / during December 26th to 2nd Saturday in January provided at no charge
- Twice yearly-bulky item drop off events (tba)
- 4 bulky item pick ups per year (including electronic waste) /
maximum 3 items per pick up / additional pick ups $20.79
- Bulky item drop off at no charge at WM / BBD facility
- 64 gallon manure cart for recycling $15.00 per month
- Recycling contamination warnings 3 in year before refusal to service
- $2.00 discount for no greenwaste cart (upon city approval)
- Lost stolen or damaged carts replaced at no charge
- Notify customers of rates changes 30 days in advance
- Pay 11 months in advance and get one month free
- 8 percent bulk billing discount (group billing)
- Re-start fee $15.59 (when service is terminated for failure to pay)
- Late fees beyond 60 days 1½ percent per month
- Senior Citizen/Lifeline Customers rate $13.82 per month
MULTI-FAMILY BIN SERVICED CUSTOMERS
- $36.38 extra dump charges, per container
- $36.38 bin cleaning (beyond one per year)
- Manure collection at 150 percent of approved city rates
- Free recycling bins
