Human Resources is a division of the City Manager’s Office and is responsible for recruitment, selection and retention of qualified employees. We also manage and oversee:
• Personnel rules, administrative policies, employee relations and labor relations
• Compensation, classification, benefit and retirement plan
• City-wide training and development initiatives
