The City of Santa Clarita is proud to announce a new look for the Santa Clarita Enterprise Zone website, www.scenterprisezone.com. Sporting an appealing look and easy to use format, the website provides information on the Enterprise Zone program and the tax savings benefits available to businesses located in the Zone.

Information includes: a boundary map of the Santa Clarita Enterprise Zone and street range list; a map of the four Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs) and address range list; a Frequently Asked Questions sheet; Available Benefits; Events page; and an Employer Vouchers link that provides step-by-step instructions on how to apply for a State of California Enterprise Zone Hiring Tax Credit Voucher Certificate.

“The City’s Enterprise Zone is the newest tool in the business toolbox, aimed at providing City-based businesses with cost-effective business practices for locating their business in Santa Clarita,” explains Mayor Bob Kellar, Santa Clarita.

Geared for those who own a business located within the boundaries of the Santa Clarita Enterprise Zone, the goal of the new site is to communicate how City-based business owners can save money on their State of California income taxes.

Over the next few months, the City will be increasing its outreach efforts to City businesses, helping them learn about the new Enterprise Zone and how it can benefit their bottom line.
