Teen Scene Unplugged*

Teen Scene Unplugged is the Blue Ribbon Task Force’s annual community information evening held every September. Always packed with information and useful resources to help parents and teens get through the crucial teenage years, the program is attended by over 600 community members each year. Speakers address tough and touchy teen issues, including drug and alcohol use, social and academic pressure, teen stress, peer pressure, dating, family communication and connection, among others.

Teen Scene Unplugged is free and open to the public. Parents, counselors, youth service providers, and community members involved in the education and well-being of our youth are encouraged to attend. Spanish translation is available during the program. For more information, please call the City of Santa Clarita’s Community Services Division at (661) 255-4965.

*Unplugged – from the word “unplug”-- to free from an obstruction.
