To reserve a City of Santa Clarita facility follow the instructions below or download the applicable Facility Application Form.
- Visit the site that you are interested in reserving to determine if that location will meet your needs.
- Gather information about the type of event you are hosting: attendance, date, time and any other pertinent information. Have alternate times and/or facilities in mind in case the facility you desire is not available on the date and time you need.
- Call Facility Reservations at (661) 250-3710 for date availability and applicable fees. Complete and return application form with applicable fees to reserve the date and time you need. Applications and fees can be submitted up to three months in advance, but no later than two weeks prior to event date.
City facilities are closed and no reservations will be accepted for the following City observed holidays:
New Year’s Day
Martin Luther King Day
President’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Veteran’s Day
Thanksgiving
Day after Thanksgiving
Half (1/2) Day for Christmas Day
Christmas Day
Half (1/2) Day for New Year’s Eve
The following facilities are not available for reservations: outdoor basketball courts, horseshoe pits, play equipment, volleyball courts, and any type of miscellaneous athletic equipment.
