Reservation Information
To reserve a City of Santa Clarita
outdoor picnic, park or field area, simply follow

To reserve a City of Santa Clarita
indoor facility, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Visit the site that you are interested in
reserving to determine if that location will fit your needs.
2. Gather information about the type of event
you are hosting: attendance, date, time, and any other pertinent
information. Have alternate times and/or facilities in mind
in case the facility you desire not be available on the date
you need it.
3. Complete and return a facility application
to begin the reservation process. Facility applications can
be submitted up to three months in advance. All deposits and/or
fees must be received one week after notification that your
application has been approved.
Facilities may not be reserved on the following
days:
- New Year's Day
- Easter Sunday (after 9:00 a.m.)
- Memorial Day Weekend
- First weekend in July through July 4th
- Labor Day Weekend
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve Day
- Christmas Day
The following facilities are NOT
available for reservations: outdoor basketball courts, tennis
courts, horseshoe pits, play equipment, grass softball fields,
volleyball courts, and recreation equipment.
