Online Registration Instructions
The following guide will assist you in obtaining a customer account, ID number, and a password in order to register for activities via our Online Activity Registration. Please be sure to review the Registration Information, Refund Policy and our Privacy Statement on the main registration page.Online Registration is available 24 hours a day using your American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard for payment.
Should you need assistance or additional information, please call our Registration office at (661) 250-3700, Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday; 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Sunday; 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Closed holidays.
Please print these instructions as a reference during your online enrollment.

On the "Online Registration for Recreation Classes" page, click on the "Register For Activities" link. You will be linked to the Online Registration Page. Before registering for activities, you must establish an online customer account to receive your Customer ID.
· Click onat the top of the screen. This will bring you to the "Customer Login" screen.
· Click on "Register Now" and complete the New Account Request Application.
· Please write down your Login Name and Password for future reference. Please submit your request only once.Family Members
We recommend that you add family members into your account BEFORE you begin the activity registration process.
· Click onand log in with your Customer ID.
· Select "Family Member/Friend Information". Add the new family member information.
Please include the correct date of birth for each person. This helps the online registration software determine eligibility for age-restricted activities.Existing Customers
If you already have a customer account, you can automatically select an activity and add to your cart. The "Customer Login" will appear, where you will enter your Customer ID and Password.Forgot Your Customer ID or Password?

· Click on the underlined activity name to view a detailed activity description.
· Narrow your activity search by using any of the four drop-down search boxes at the top of the page: Location, Category, Sort By, and Select.
· Activities that are 'grayed-out' on the screen are fully enrolled, but you may enroll on the wait list.
· You may also search by Activity Number by entering the activity number in the box at the top of the screen and click "Go!"If you wish to register for the activity, click
From this screen you can remove activities from your cart, view more activities, or update your cart. If more than one family member will be attending the activity, change the quantity, then click on. You will be asked to log into the system with your Customer ID and Password. Select

Important: If the activity for which you are enrolling is full, you will be placed on a waiting list. Your shopping cart will indicate if you are on a wait list under the "Quantity" column.
If everything is correct, click on the
button to proceed or continue registering for additional activities by selecting the
button.
Assign Participants
This page allows users to choose the family member(s) that will be enrolled for each activity. Specify family member names to the selected activities. Click.
Note: If you have not added your family members before reaching the Participant Information Page, you can click on "Add Family Member/Friend" from here to add another person to the enrollment. Be sure to click the save button at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm Prices/Order
Confirm your activity name, date and time, enrollee and price. You will be advised if you have been placed on a wait list.Please read our Refund Policy and our Waiver of Liability. By clicking

Click
to proceed with payment. You will be prompted that you are entering a secure site. Click Yes.
Payment Information
Enter your credit card information on the Payment Information Page. Note: The name and address must match those that are on file with your credit card company. If the address shown is not your billing address, click on, Change Information and change/add your mailing address to match your credit card billing address.

·Click. Once your payment has been approved, your receipt will display. Please print a copy of your receipt.

Please enter complete and accurate information for your family when applying for a City of Santa Clarita Online Account. Falsifying information (e.g., family members or ages) could result in withdrawal from the activity, forfeiture of registration fees, and possible restriction from future online registration.
