The following two agency referral sheets are used by the plans examiner to direct you to the agencies needed to approve your project.  They are posted here for your information and reference during the design phase.

Since each project is unique, not all of these agencies will apply to your project.  You will receive a copy of this form at the time you apply for the permit with the agencies appropriate for your project highlighted by the plans examiner at the conclusion of the first plan review.  It is your responsibility to contact the indicated agencies to obtain their approvals prior to permit issuance.
