Facilities Maintenance exists to provide clean, safe buildings with positive and inviting appearances for citizens and City staff. Operating the City's facilities in a clean and safe manner are imperative to this Division. Facilities Maintenance is responsible for maintaining City Hall, Corporate Yard facility, the Metrolink Stations and Bus Transfer Stations. Members of this Division are also responsible for the maintenance of the City's vehicle fleet, consisting of over 200 vehicles including trailers as well as small and heavy equipment. The overall focus of the Division is overall aesthetics, repair and maintenance of all building systems, equipment, and furniture.
