On August 24, 2004 the City Council adopted The Big Picture Community Strategic Plan. The Plan was developed with an unprecedented level of community participation and included all of the City's key priorities. Each year the City Council will receive a comprehensive progress report covering all action items within the Plan. The 2005 Annual Update was provided to the City Council along with a slide show of highlights on November 8, 2005.
