The City of Santa Clarita offers local, non-profit organizations the opportunity to secure banners promoting local, non-profit events on paseo bridges and on Southern California Edison street light poles in the City. The program is administered by the City's contractor, AAA Flag & Banner Mfg. Co., Inc. All costs for printing and hanging of banners are incurred by the requester.
Advance reservations are required for a banner to be hung and all artwork must be approved by the City. Banners may be hung for no more than two weeks at a time. Costs for hanging of banners have been pre-negotiated by the City.
