The mission of Human Resources is to recruit, develop, support, and motivate employees in alignment with the City's philosophy and goals. We are committed to developing and maintaining a highly skilled and diverse workforce that prides itself on service excellence.

Human Resources is a division of the City Manager’s Office and we manage and oversee the following program areas:

  • Classification and Compensation
  • Employee Benefits Administration
  • Labor Relations
