HIIT and Boxing and Core


Recreation is pleased to offer a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class and a Boxing and Core class with Jason Mazy

HIIT is designed to burn fat, build lean muscle and strengthen core muscles. Burn a minimum of 650 calories, while also improving your quality of life! Do what you can do in 30-60 second intervals. All fitness levels welcome.

Boxing and Core is all boxing, no kicking. Learn the fundamentals on how to box and throw combinations. Burn fat, strengthen core and tone your body in a group setting with heavy bags.
